1. The promotion is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland only, aged 18 years or over.

4. SPAR will never ask you for bank account details. Do not share personal or financial information with any account other than the verified SPAR account.
1. The promotion runs from 8 December 2025 to 17 December 2025 (inclusive).
2. Entries must be received before 23:59 each day to be eligible for the next day’s draw.
3. SPAR reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion if circumstances make it unavoidable.

3. Multiple entries made by the same person from various email accounts or from the same IP address will not be accepted.

1. 50 winners per day will be selected at random from all eligible entries received the previous day.
2. Winners will be contacted via WhatsApp using the number provided.
3. Winners must respond within 48 hours to provide a valid postal address.
4. If a winner fails to respond within this timeframe, SPAR reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative entrant.
5. SPAR’s decision regarding winners is final.

2. No cash alternative is available.
3. If the prize becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, SPAR may substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.
4. Prizes will be dispatched within 48 hours of winner confirmation.
5. SPAR accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed or undelivered prizes.

3. The winners' contact details will be used by Publicis Dublin and Custodian in order to send out your prize. Once all parties are satisfied that you have received your prize, your contact details will be removed from all databases. The Promoter is bound by the Data Protection Act 1998 or General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as applicable.
4. Data will be deleted within 30 days of the promotion ending.
5. All information will be treated in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Statement at https://www.spar.ie/privacy-statement/ and the dedicated campaign Privacy Policy provided on the competition page.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Irish law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any entry that is believed to be in breach of these terms & conditions.
The decision of the Promoter will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
